This website presents web design and 3D modeling services. A quote request or call request is an inquiry, not acceptance of a paid service or a confirmed booking.
2. Project scope
Deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, client responsibilities and any ongoing support are established in a written project agreement. Website examples do not replace the agreed scope.
3. Pricing and payment
All published prices are starting points and scale with scope. The final quote and project agreement determine the total price, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any additional costs.
4. Intellectual property
Ownership, licenses, source-file delivery and any transfer of rights depend on the project agreement. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses. Portfolio concepts do not imply a client endorsement.
5. Client materials and acceptable use
Only submit materials you have the right to use and share. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful or harmful content.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Refund requests and cancellations are covered by the Refund Policy, the project agreement and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Website availability and external services
The website may be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. External services and websites have their own terms. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and existing projects
Website information and these terms may change. Updates to website terms do not by themselves amend a previously agreed project contract.
